Why try to explain miracles to kids, when you can have them plant a garden?
Let your kids learn all about nature and plants at Music & Arts Atelier (The Gate Mall, 2nd floor).
Addressed to ages 5-10 years old who have a good understanding of plants and gardening or have completed Level 1.
This series comprises 12 engaging workshops designed to deepen participants’ grasp of foundational plant knowledge, from sowing seeds to mixing soil. We’ll delve into different plant families, spotlight specific vegetables, highlight the crucial role of insects in gardening, and unpack concepts such as companion planting, crop rotation, and polyculture. Throughout these sessions, youngsters will immerse themselves in enjoyable gardening tasks, experience the joy of hands-on learning, and forge new friendships!
Our Gardening Academy aims to develop responsibility, patience and explain the miracles of nature to the younger generation. Keeping kids moving, learning and immersed in nature and most importantly off their screens.
Included: all tools and materials.
During the course, the kids will take home a lot of cuttings, plants and seeds 🙂
