Education City Microfarm – Guided Tour & Seed Starting Workshop

Discover Education City Microfarm through our guided tour, where you’ll explore our green spaces and how our gardens bring people together. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned plant lover, this session will introduce you to the beauty of sustainable gardening in a relaxed and interactive way. Perfect for families, individuals, and curious minds of all ages!

What to Expect:

• A 40-minute guided tour led by our team, where you’ll discover the different areas of Education Microfarm, including the Academic Greenhouse, Community Gardens, Giving Garden, and our evolving Sensory Garden.
• A 20-minute seed-starting workshop, where you’ll get your hands in the soil and learn how to start your own plants from seed. You’ll take home your newly planted seeds, along with the knowledge to care for them as they grow.
• After the session, feel free to relax in our green spaces, bring a snack, and enjoy a picnic in the garden.
