Little Farmers Club: Nature Art & Countryside Crafts (Saturdays)

Hands-on • Nature-based • Rooted in real farming
Introduction
Little Farmers gives children an opportunity to experience real farming in a simple, accessible, and engaging way. Through guided activities such as planting, watering, harvesting, soil exploration, and insect observation, children discover the basics of growing food and caring for the environment. Each session focuses on hands-on learning, encouraging curiosity, problem-solving, and a sense of connection to nature.
Our programs are part of the wider experience featured as part of Qatar Museum’s Countryside: A Place to Live, Not to Leave, an exhibition running from 29 October 2025 to 30 June 2026 across two venues: Qatar Preparatory School (QPS) and the National Museum of Qatar (NMoQ).
The Little Farmers Sessions act as a child-friendly extension of this exhibition. Through real gardening, harvesting, soil exploration, and nature-based play, children experience the same themes on a practical level, connecting them to the land, local food systems, and the importance of rural knowledge.
