Little Gardener Academy #8-2 – Drop-in

Why try to explain miracles to kids, when you can have them plant a garden?

Let your kids learn all about nature and plants in the Education City MicroFarm !

Addressed to ages 5-10 years old.

This is the second session of the series (Batch 8). 

Following the gardening basics of the previous week, in this session the kids will hear about bees, their life and their importance for plants and our ecosystem.

In the coming sessions we will talk about the fascinating world of earthworms, discuss the importance of the life cycle of butterflies, then move on to soilless planting, we will make cuttings and learn about plant friends and enemies. During each of the 6 sessions, kids play gardening-related games, run freely in our garden, they will get their hands dirty and meet new friends!

Our Gardening Academy aims to develop responsibility, patience and explain the miracles of nature to the younger generation. 

Included: all tools and materials.

During the course, the kids will take home a lot of cuttings, plants and seeds 🙂.

Full course price: 390 QAR (65 QAR/class).
