Microgreens by Roberta Rosini – Family Workshop

Celebrate World Environment Day with a hands-on family workshop exploring the world of microgreens, small but nutrient-rich plants that can easily be grown at home. Participants will learn how microgreens support healthy eating, sustainable food practices, and urban gardening while gaining practical growing skills through interactive activities.
Families will sow, grow, and harvest their own microgreens while discovering simple ways to incorporate fresh greens into everyday meals.
