Gardening for Well-Being



Have you ever tried gardening as a way to feel better emotionally and physically? 

Scientific evidence shows that gardening can bring positive changes in everyone’s lives, regardless of age or abilities. 

Our sessions are designed to help you relax from daily stress and leave with a refreshed mind. In a tranquil environment, you can mix socially, make friends and learn practical skills, in order to create your own green space at home. 

Gardening for well-being workshops will help you increase your self-esteem and creativity, while improving your memory and observation skills. 

No gardening knowledge is required.
