Description:
The Hydroponics Workshop is a 3-hours hydroponics training program that incorporates teaching and demonstration to provide participants with everything they need to know to begin hydroponics at home. This science-based workshop explains what makes hydroponics work, how simple systems can be built using low-cost materials, and the best practices for producing big, tasty vegetables and herbs at home with minimal fuss.
The workshop consists of:
A theoretical part, presented by the experts of Agrico inside a classroom and then a practical part around their greenhouses, to help the students become familiar with hydroponic growing systems in a controlled environment greenhouse.
A practical part, where students will learn through hands-on practice how to assemble a home hydroponic unit, as per their space requirements.
Participants will learn about Agrico’s vine and leafy crop production systems as well as being introduced to the central elements of hydroponic greenhouse design and management.
